1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dealpad ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Dealpad is a personal sales pipeline tracker that helps individual salespeople manage deals, track follow-ups, and monitor pipeline value. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.
4. Subscription Plans
Free Plan: Limited to 5 deals. Available at no cost.
Pro Plan: $9 per month. Unlimited deals and all features. Billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment service provider and Merchant of Record.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into Dealpad. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
