Refund Policy

Overview
All purchases are final. We offer a limited refund only in the specific circumstances described below. By subscribing to Dealpad Pro, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
14-Day Refund Window
We offer a refund only within 14 days of your initial purchase, and only if you have not made significant use of the Service (fewer than 10 deals created or edited during the subscription period).
Refund requests after 14 days will not be approved, regardless of circumstances.
Renewal charges (monthly rebills after the initial payment) are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date
- Renewal billing cycles (second month onward)
- Accounts that have actively used the Pro features
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with features already available at time of purchase
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window:
- Email dealpad.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then, and no further charges will be made.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
